		<description>Though the economic difficulties we have all experienced have created a definite decline in shopping (at least shopping recklessly!) this culture definitely is still in force.  I personally have many friends that are not great at watching themselves when unleashed to the world of the holiday shopping rush.

It&#039;s funny that we all see the negative effects of the economic downturn so easily, but that one can find a &quot;silver lining&quot; in just about anything.  One of which is that people are being more careful with their money!  About time!
