		<description>I&#039;ve found that if I train for distances longer than what I&#039;m actually competing in, I do much better in my race.  For a 5 miler, I&#039;ll practice running 7.5 miles on a regular basis.  This way, I&#039;ll be totally comfortable with the idea of &quot;just&quot; 5 miles!  

Paying off debt is like that too.  If you pay off just a little bit more now, then you reap great rewards much more quickly!</description>
