The below link will take you to a calculator that was created to help you decide if home ownership as an investment is right for you.

With a few inputs, the calculator will determine how much per year you will make on your investment minus escrow and maintenance costs.

Nope, just a guy who knows excel really well. I plan on pumping out a couple other creations in the future to help users of BDO get a good picture of their finances. But thanks for the kudos!
