“Money is a new form of slavery, and distinguable from the old simply by the fact that it is impersonal, there is no human relation between master and slave.” ~ Leo Tolstoy
In September 2007, the Federal Reserve estimated consumer debt at over $2.4 trillion, which means $8,000 of debt for every man, woman, and child in the U.S. So, if you were a part of a family of four, then by that calculation, your family owes banks and corporations up to $32,000.
